GCE Sixth grade student was presented a Certificate of Recognition from her father. This certificate was awarded by Secretary of State Antony Blinken, and recognizes her perseverance and resilience through her father's extended deployment and service to our Nation!
Gold Camp 2nd graders took a trip to Cave of the Winds last Wednesday! We had 32 chaperones join, thank you parents!

A big thank you to D12's Family Awareness Network (FAN) and Dr. Steen for inviting Dr. Jessica Minahan to present "Reducing Anxiety in Kids" for parents and staff this evening! Dr. Minahan shared practical, evidence based strategies to apply immediately at home and in class.
GCE PTO hosts the first of two events for our families. Tonight is a Halloween themed movie night in our gym!
Today at GCE students in fourth and fifth grade were engaged in science, experiments and observations. Students in second grade were pairing up to read with each other. Lots of learning going on at Gold Camp.
Our GCE Second Graders enjoyed a beautiful Fall day by releasing the butterflies. A great ending after learning about the life cycle unit!
