District 12 has five Social Workers who offer the Cheyenne Mountain School District Community a broad range of support services:

• Mental Health Professionals - working with students to provide short-term mental health support, communicate with outside providers, and promote mental wellness.

• Community Liaisons - connecting families to resources

• Crisis Team Members - prevention, response, and intervention

Families needing assistance are encouraged to contact the social workers directly.
