Office Hours & Appointments
The CMHS Counseling Office is open during school hours.
Counselors are available for student drop-ins before school: 8:00-8:25am and during ACCESS (2:10-3:40pm, typically on Wednesdays & Thursdays). We welcome students into Counseling and look forward to connecting with you!
To make an appointment with a Counselor, please contact Counseling Administrative Assistants Mrs Smith or Ms Da Silva at 719-475-6155. To make an appointment with a Social Worker, please contact them directly. Students may also walk in to set appointments.
Social Workers and Counselors are available to address safety concerns during school hours as well.

The Cheyenne Mountain High School Professional School Counselors adhere to the philosophy that our school counseling program is an essential and integral part of the overall education process. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive, developmental counseling program that addresses and advocates for academic, career and personal/social development of all students. In collaboration with other educators, families, and the community, Cheyenne Mountain High School Counselors facilitate access to support systems that ensure that each student has the opportunity to acquire knowledge and develop skills necessary for success.
