The Document Release Form must be completed in the Infinite Campus portal under "Documents", by both the student and the parent/guardian, before we can send transcripts or any other documents for current students. Click here for directions on completing this process.

Before we send any documents on your behalf, you and your parents must fill out and sign the Document Release Form. Once you have done so, please bring it back to the College and Career Counseling Office.

If you are a current student at CMHS, for each college, university, scholarship program and any other organization where you would like a transcript sent, please complete the Transcript Request Online Form. You must complete one per institution.

This request is for official transcripts only and it will only be sent if the student AND parent/guardian have completed the Document Release Form. It takes 3 - 5 business days to process an official transcript.

If you would like an Unofficial Transcript please log into your IC portal and go to "documents" to download a copy.

Keep in mind that Colleges and Universities usually request an official transcript when applying. 

Students and parents of former students, who are not yet 18 years old, can request transcripts from the Registrar's Office at Cheyenne Mountain High School website.

**Under the provisions of FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act), parents/guardians or siblings cannot request records for students who are over 18 years old.
