Best & Brightest Scholarship – Due March 19th
If your student is applying for The Gazette’s Best & Brightest Scholarship, don’t forget that applications must be mailed or dropped off at their office by 3:00 PM on March 19th. Check their website for details!

 College & Scholarship Acceptance Form
If your student hasn't filled out the Class of 2025 College & Scholarship Acceptance Form yet, please have them do so ASAP! We use this info for our end-of-year report and possibly for the graduation program. We want to celebrate every senior heading to college!

 ROTC Scholarship or Federal Service Academy Acceptance?
If your student has been accepted to a Federal Service Academy or received an ROTC Scholarship, email Mrs. Kutsner to let her know. This information is needed for Academic Awards Ceremony in May.

 Final Transcripts – What You Need to Know
Many of your students have asked about sending final transcripts. They aren’t available yet—final grades must be posted first. They will complete the Final Transcript Form during senior checkout to tell us when and where to send them. Students should not use the Transcript & Letter of Recommendation Form for this request!

 AP Scores & CU Succeed Transcripts (need to send those to colleges?)

• If your student took AP exams, they will need to log into your College Board account and pay to have scores sent to the applicable college.

• If they took CU Succeed courses, they must request their transcript directly from the university they earned credit from (CU Denver or UCCS).
