Virtual/Off-Campus College Events

Most events for colleges and universities have transitioned to online formats due to COVID-19 restrictions and concerns, but there may be some in-person opportunities available depending on the school and location.

Please check college specific websites and we will continue to update our listings as we get more information.

Virtual Financial Aid 101

On  Wednesday, March 10th, from 6 to 7pm, admissions counselors with four universities from around the state of Colorado will be hosting a Virtual Financial Aid 101 Webchat.

Join representatives from Adams State University, Metropolitan State University of Denver, Colorado School of Mines, and the University of Colorado Boulder, to learn some basic financial aid terminology, get advice on what questions to ask, and gain some confidence on how to navigate the financial aid process.

This event is open to Colorado incoming first-year students and families that are curious about the college financial aid process. No matter the university you are hoping to attend, we just want to be a resource for you!

All the registration information can be found below and we hope to connect with you in March.

The Claremont Colleges Information Sessions

The Claremont Colleges -- Claremont McKennaHarvey MuddPitzerPomona, and Scripps Colleges -- are united by a unique spirit of collaboration and connectivity that influences every part of academics, athletics, and student life. The “5Cs” are literally located across the street from one another, so students can attend a small, tightly-focused college even as they enjoy the benefits of a bigger, multi-faceted campus.

We invite you to attend our upcoming virtual programs for prospective students, their families, and counselors to learn more about our shared and singular approaches to liberal arts education.

During our programs you'll discover what makes our consortium special, and hear more about our distinctive missions. After the presentations, you'll have a chance to ask questions to the presenters.
