I hope you guys had a great winter break.
We are beginning our preseason strength/speed/conditioning program tomorrow Monday 1/11. We will begin with workouts after school on Monday/Wednesday/Fridays. Most workouts will be completed by 4:30 p.m. on those days. IT IS CRITICAL TO OUR SUCCESS TO START PREPARING FOR THE 2016 NOW! You will receive "Rainedout" messages if we need to cancel a training session.
If you are playing a winter sport, you do not need to worry about the workouts now. Otherwise, I expect to see you Monday pm. If you have conflicts other than winter sports, please let me know. There is no charge for the workouts; however, we are trying to secure some spring dates at the NCSA, and if we can get in, a small fee may apply. I will let you know more info later.
Also, the player with the highest attendance from each class (9th-11th), as well as top 5 overall players will receive a special T-shirt for Winter/Spring workouts. You also need to bring as many teammates as you can to workout with you. No one player will make our team successful, we need all of them!
